With the first two games having loads of thrilling and unprecedented events, we should be looking forward to another game filled with excitement. India won the 2nd match to level the series at 1-1 thanks to an inspiring knock from Ajinkya Rahane. During the build up to this game a lot of things took place, some were comebacks from injury while some were just ugly off field drama.
RETURN OF MAIN MEN

Rohit Sharma and David Warner are back from injuries and it would not be wrong to say that there is another battle to be added within the war. David Warner was in sublime form before injuring his groin in the 2nd ODI match against India. He had scored fifties (69 and 83) in both the ODIs which shows he was in excellent form before the injury. Warner is a lethal player to have in your team for any format of the game. The other main man-Rohit Sharma has had a different story altogether. He did not travel with the team and only arrived in Australia 2 weeks back, it will be very interesting to see how he pans out in these conditions. But with Rohit Sharma comes a lot of quality, criticism and a whole lot of controversies and this time was nothing different.
OFF-FIELD DRAMA
On the new year’s, 5 Indian players including Rohit and Pant allegedly breached the bio-bubble and went out to eat. All this came to notice when a die hard Indian fan decided to pay the bill for Indian Players and later put it on the social media. The Aussie media was never going to miss an opportunity like this and as always they were ready to bash and take matters out of proportion when the touring team is at fault. Although after everything said and done, the players are good to play the 3rd test.
PLAYERS TO WATCH OUT FOR

India’s Captain fantastic, Ajinkya Rahane was phenomenal in the last match and will surely look forward to continue his form and guide India to another victory which would give them an important lead in the series. But to stop him in his tracks would be Aussie’s pace master Pat Cummins who would be looking to give Australia the important early breakthroughs.
An Indian bowler who should not be ignored is Ashwin, he’s been nearing perfection in his bowling and a bit of motivation from behind the stumps in the form of “COME ON ASH!!!!” has been really helpful as well.
It is going to be another big test for both the teams and will be very interesting to see who comes out on top this time out.
